Hotel Plaza By Kavia was a delightful surprise with its impeccable housekeeping and spacious, air, conditioned rooms. the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable, always ready to assist with tours or any inquiries we had. the location on the bustling street provided easy access to the city's attractions, and the nearby Italian restaurant and cafe were a true treat for our taste buds. the room featured all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, from the safety deposit box to the coffee machine and fridge. We especially appreciated the private bathroom with a shower, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. the flat, screen TV and desk added a touch of convenience to our room, making it feel like a home away from home. the hotel's terrace was a perfect spot to unwind, offering a peaceful escape from the city buzz. With a continental breakfast available, we started each day on a delicious note before heading out to discover popular points of interest nearby. the 24, hour front desk and tour desk were incredibly helpful, ensuring we could make the most of our time in Merida.
